小学教师磨课问题与对策研究专业:16小学教育2班 学生姓名:王裕蓉 指导老师:刘文 职称:副教授摘要: 磨课是近年在中小学中逐渐兴起的一种教研活动方式, 是指校组织教师围绕研修主题, 结合校本研修, 进行教育教研 通过调查访问发现, 教师一方面认同磨课对其专业发展的益处, 另一方面又存在对磨课的认知误区, 认为磨课增加了教学负担、是公开课的专利、是一种变相考核、认为磨课没有时效性等 因此在教师开展磨课活动的过程中存在教师积极性不高、教研能力不够的问题, 除教师的外学校对磨课组织力度也不够 为解决磨课中的问题, 提高教师专业发展, 需要教师努力提高磨课积极性, 具体可以组织磨课示范小组、建立交流平台、碎片化磨课并在磨课后做好总结提炼工作 需要学校组织多样化, 保证合理的磨课组织的次数、设立一定的奖励制度, 保证磨课的质量 关键词: 磨课 教师磨课 教师专业发展Abstract:Grinding class is a kind of teaching and research activity that has gradually arisen in primary and secondary schools in recent years. It refers to the school organizing teachers to carry out educational and research around the theme of research and study, combining school-based research and study. Through investigation and interview, it is found that on the one hand, teachers agree with the benefits of grinding lessons for their professional development, on the other hand, they have misunderstanding of grinding lessons. They think that grinding lessons add to the teaching burden, grinding lessons are patents for open classes, are a disguised form of assessment, and think that grinding lessons are not time-effective.Therefore, in the process of teachers carrying out grinding activities, there are some problems such as teachers low enthusiasm and insufficient teaching and research ability. Besides teachers, schools do not have enough efforts to organize grinding classes. In order to solve the problems in the grinding class and improve the professional development of teachers, teachers should strive to improve the enthusiasm of the grinding class. Specifically, they can organize a demonstration group for the grinding class, establish an exchange platform, fragment the grinding class and do a good job of summarizing and refining after the grinding class.
